Terms of Service

Welcome to AEVO Cabs (“AEVO”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mobile applications, booking platform, WhatsApp booking service, and transportation services. By creating an account, making a booking, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To use AEVO services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Provide accurate and complete booking information.
  • Use the services only for lawful purposes.

2. Our Services

AEVO provides chauffeur-driven transportation services including:

  • Airport Transfers
  • Hourly Rentals
  • Local City Rides
  • Outstation Travel
  • Corporate Mobility Solutions

3. Booking

Bookings may be made through our website, mobile application, WhatsApp, or customer support.

A booking is confirmed only after receiving a confirmation message from AEVO.

AEVO reserves the right to reject or cancel any booking for operational, safety, legal, or technical reasons.

4. Fare Policy

The total fare may include base fare, distance charges, time charges, applicable taxes, and booking charges (if applicable).

The following are charged separately unless explicitly included: toll charges, parking charges, state taxes, MCD entry charges, airport parking, driver night allowance, extra distance charges, and extra time charges.

All prices displayed at booking are estimates unless stated as fixed fare.

5. Hourly Rental Packages

Each package includes a fixed duration and distance. For example: 6 Hours / 60 KM.

If either the duration or distance exceeds the package, whichever occurs first, additional charges will apply according to the applicable tariff.

6. Airport Transfers

Airport pickup timing is based on the scheduled flight arrival time provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct flight number, terminal, date, and time.

AEVO is not liable for delays caused by incorrect flight information.

7. Waiting Time

Complimentary waiting time may vary depending on the service booked.

Additional waiting charges may apply after the complimentary waiting period.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customer cancellation:

AEVO cancellation: If AEVO cancels a booking due to operational reasons, the customer will receive either a full refund or an alternate vehicle, subject to availability.

  • Full refund if cancelled at least 1 hour before pickup.
  • No refund for cancellations made within 1 hour of pickup.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.

9. No Show Policy

A booking will be treated as a No Show if the customer is unreachable, does not arrive at pickup, or refuses the ride after driver arrival.

No refund will be applicable.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to arrive at pickup on time, treat the driver respectfully, follow all applicable laws, wear seat belts, and ensure children comply with safety regulations.

Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or their passengers.

11. Prohibited Items

The following are strictly prohibited: weapons, explosives, illegal drugs, hazardous chemicals, flammable materials, stolen goods, illegal wildlife products, and any unlawful cargo.

AEVO reserves the right to refuse service if prohibited items are found.

12. Passenger Conduct

AEVO maintains zero tolerance towards abuse, violence, threats, harassment, smoking inside the vehicle, alcohol consumption without prior approval, and damage to the vehicle.

Drivers may immediately terminate the ride if passenger behavior threatens safety.

13. Pets

Pets may be permitted only if disclosed during booking and approved by AEVO.

Additional cleaning charges may apply.

14. Lost & Found

Customers should check their belongings before leaving the vehicle.

AEVO will make reasonable efforts to recover lost items but is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.

15. Ride Insurance

Where available, customers may purchase optional ride insurance during booking.

Coverage, exclusions, and claim procedures are governed by the insurance provider.

16. Vehicle Substitution

If the booked vehicle becomes unavailable due to maintenance, breakdown, or operational reasons, AEVO may provide a similar or upgraded vehicle at no additional cost.

17. Delays

Travel times are estimates only.

AEVO shall not be responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, government restrictions, civil disturbances, or natural disasters.

Customers should book sufficient buffer time for airports, trains, meetings, and events.

18. Safety

Drivers reserve the right to refuse service if they believe passenger safety or driver safety is at risk.

Customers should immediately report any safety concern to AEVO Customer Support.

19. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with the AEVO Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you consent to such collection and processing.

20. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, website content, graphics, software, and branding belong to AEVO unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AEVO shall not be liable for indirect losses, missed flights, missed appointments, business losses, loss of profits, emotional distress, loss of personal belongings, or delays beyond our reasonable control.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking.

22. Suspension of Accounts

AEVO may suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in fraud, chargeback abuse, fake bookings, misconduct, repeated policy violations, or criminal activities.

23. Force Majeure

AEVO shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control including floods, earthquakes, fire, government orders, pandemics, war, civil unrest, or internet failure.

24. Changes to Terms

AEVO may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

25. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana.
